Five Guys, Cambridge

I first tried Five Guys several weeks ago in Covent Garden after hearing some positive things about them on social media. I had also noticed last year that a branch was coming to Cambridge, and because I often find myself in Cambridge I figured I'd try this branch to see how it compared to London.

Boy was I not disappointed...

Initially when walking in you are greeted with an American diner style decor, featuring little booths and wooden tables and chairs. The walls are covered with quotes from other reviews and framed articles from newspapers singing their praises.

Al Chile, Cambridge

I first heard about Al Chile when my boyfriend Edward came home from work one day raving about this burrito he had for lunch from this food van. For the next few weeks he kept insisting we hunt it down the next time we were in Cambridge and then we finally did. At first I was a bit apprehensive, not being the biggest fan of burritos, but when I saw they had quesadillas on the menu I started to get excited, especially after the rave reviews from Edward.

Firstly, it's pretty easy to spot this van on the side of the road. It arrives at a different location each day in Cambridge (updating everyone on Facebook as to their whereabouts) and makes a really aesthetically pleasing change from the typical white food van. Their decor is one of their unique selling points and I think it works great in terms of attracting customers.
